Got on the ice at 8:47 and did my usual taking my time. By 9:30 I felt ok to move around and did some choreography. An unexpected suprise came when Steven Trazka came to skate. He did his usual mocking of my Kwan-Cohen cd selections :-D and choreography to different types of programs. Which I did I got through lutzes at least. But not much spins. The ice got too scratchy. I knew I would fall on spin attempts so I didn't even bother, 'cause I dont want to get bruised up
