Skated at Nyack - 7:30pm till 8:30pm

I had cramps from 7:30 till 8:10, it was so frustrating not to do anything but stroke around.  I started jumping and felt all the weight that I have gained.    All I could do was up to a flip and the lutz wasnt happening.....  I felt so lost, unmotivated, and unstructured.
