I had such a rough time trying to get my head together + my usual foot cramps.  The ice of course was horrible and little kids were all over playing around - usual Nyack night session. 

Loop: so so          Flip: good enough      Flip/Loop: On the transition in between jumps my ankle had this piercing pain and had to muscle in the loop                 Lutz: non-existent
