First day back since Nationals:

I skated at Nyack at 9:30am until 11:30.  My body felt heavy and lethargic.  I did a lot of basic edges and moves in the field, then did some spins and jumps. 

My goal this summer is to have the Gold Moves passed by August and the Gold Free by September.
