For the past few weeks I have been waiting for the spark to hit me on the ice since I am about to compete at Adult Nationals.  After a whole day of thinking, I figured it out, its time for me to stop competing for now. 

In the past I have competed and done exhibitions non-stop from September 1996 to September 2000.  I felt burned out and didnt give myself a break.  So in between September 2000 to February 2003 I have done a few exhibitions once a year and just tried to attend to my personal life.  On March of 2003, I decided to comeback in competition.  I competed at the Morris Open at the Adult Artistic event.  From then on I slowly build up my skating skills and started competing again.   Now approaching my 13th competition ~ 6th year, I feel like a break is needed from competitive skating.  I will come back on the competitive scene by April 2011 or 2012.
