Skated on Sunday, November 12 at my birthrink.   (First day back since Halloween classic)

1:00 to 1:55   Ran through all edges slowly, then proceeded with the jumps.  Since its an outdoor rink and it was warm, the ice was softer than usual.  I wasnt getting the right grip on the ice and was having problems with the lutz.  Plus I was feeling lethargic

3:30 to 3:50 Finally got the lutz back in my system.  Did some well centered back scratch spins, tried a flying camel but had too much fly so i went down on my left arm pretty hard. 

5:05 to 5:20 Stroked around did only a few jumps. 

5:20 to 5:30  Helped out this girl who was trying to spin and skate
