Warinanco Ice Skating Center ~ Roselle, NJ

1:05  Got on the ice and took my sweet time with everything.  Deep edges, short and slow stroking into long and fast. 

1:30 to 2:00  Started with jumps, a waltz, salchow, loop, loop, flip, lutz

3:35 to 4:25  Charged full force onto the ice and almost got into two collisions within a minute.  Drilled my flips and lutzes including combos.  Spins didnt go too well, my timing was all rushed.  I tried flying camel and over flew.  So I decided to leave the spins alone, kinda got afraid that I would splat all over the place. 

4:55 to 5:30  Just stroked around and did deep edges.
