Warinanco Ice Skating Center ~ Roselle, NJ

10:35am to 11:30     Warmed up very slowly, for 25 minutes, waiting for my foot to stop cramping up, and by 11:05 I started jumping.  2 waltz jumps, 2 Salchows, 2 Loops, 2 Flips, and 2 Lutzes.  Of course my troubles started as soon as I began Flips and Lutzes.   I figured, I should just get off the ice and relax and start out fresh again at the 1:00 session.

1:05    Did  fine with my first tries, but when I tried repeating my jump patterns, it did not work too well.  The rest of the session I just played around with the christmas music they had playing during the session.
