Skated at Nyack tonight.  As usual, I started slow with my skating.

4:30 to 5:00  Did edges, stroking, and just nothing that is very daring.

5:00 to 5:30 Loop, Loop, Loop, (traffic getting bad) Flip, Flip/Loop, Lutz

5:30 to 6:00 Flying Camel, Death-Drops (a lot of falls), * I decided that I will turn my flying camel into a combination spin then have a second flying spin*  Flip/Loop into a flying camel, Lutz/Loop into death drop a few times.
