I was late going to Warinanco.  I felt soo lazy getting out of bed.   I decided since I had a good session last night, might as well add one more to end the weekend.  

1:13 to 2:00   Tried a waltz jump, almost ran over another skater and a skate guard.  Loop, Loop, Flip, Flip/Loop, Lutz (HEAD CASE!!!! & Non existent)  Another try - Blah! Half!    I tried to be calm as much as I can and not let the crowded session get to me and my bad-day technique.  

2:00 to 3:30   Ate, watched tv, chatted, rested

3:30 to 4:30   Stroking felt very good.  Waltz, Loop, Flip, Lutz, Flip/Loop, Lutz/Loop.  I got too relaxed at times and find myself standing on the ice and looking at the ice for a minute or so.  I was so unfocussed.  I  thought of what I will eat at dinner.  I found out that when I dont spot/stalk an opening for a jump I find one out of nowhere.  Sometimes it doesnt work out well, because I have to rush my timing and often almost run too close into the boards.   I tried a couple of flying camels and deathdrops (SPLAT FEST!!!)  I was so unfocussed and was just out of it that I didnt get to spin even one revolution.  My head and body was not there, so I decided to leave, before it gets worse and I cause myself injury or somebody else.
