7:00 to 7:20   Nothing but edges and light stroking.  {My left ankle started acting up - so I had unwrap the duct tape and take out my boot for a couple of seconds and tie it back up again - then wrap it with brand new tape}

7:20 ~ 8:30    Waltz Jump, WJ, WJ, Loop, Loop, Flip, Flip, Lutz, Lutz.

Tried a program - Lutz, Head fart into the second jumping pass.  :::darn it::: same thing when I tried two more run-throughs.   No spins as usual.  Suprisingly I didnt attempt any jump combinations.
