To me the most interesting part of the week of competition is the process. I do my best to stay in the moment and do not get too far ahead of myself. Today at Aviator I skated at 7:02 to 8:20. I did my 15 minute practice drill and it went ok, not great, but good enough. I tried my run-throughs, but didn't go very well. My asthma has kicked in full effect this week. Not only I get short breath when I skate but also when I walk to work and walking up 5 flights of stairs. Oye, another mess to deal with. It's life. I'll learn how to manage.
