April 3, 2007 ~ TUESDAY
I strolled to Chelsea Piers and took my time to enjoy the sunny day. My mind and body was set for the 5pm session. I was to try to eat and just relax before I skate. But of course something has to happen. It became a 4 to 5:20 session. So at 4:01 I was told to hurry up. Ugh! So I took the ice at 4:08. My legs felt heavy and my body was not up to it. I did a lot of stroking. It would have been nice to just mellow out while I stroke around. But this loud banshee of a coach was yelling at her student the whole entire time. I decided to put some music to drown out the bitch. It worked 50%... At 4:35 I started to jump. Still feeling heavy, I forced myself up to a flip and flip/loop. My head and body would not let me do a lutz for some reason. So I just stroked around and did a lot of edges.
