April 6, 2007 ~ FRIDAY
Skated at Sky Rink today from 10:00 to 10:50 then 11:00 to 11:50 am. It was odd for me to do two sessions back to back. But considering next week is Nationals, I better get some ice time. I would rate my today's practice 5.0 out of a 6. I had a tough time getting my head together. I yawned and rested my head on the boards most of the time. Thankfully I managed to get through the lutz and a couple of program mapping. {No spins or jumps within the program, just marking it}
